In addition, the service life of lead-acid battery is very short, while the service life of lithium battery is generally more than 10 years. The temperature adaptability of lithium battery is very strong, and it can work normally in the environment of - 20 ° C - 60 ° C, even in the cold environment of - 45 ° C in the north. The lithium battery of lithium battery assembly equipment is a kind of dry battery. It is a controllable and pollution-free energy storage battery. It is more stable and safer than lead-acid batteries.


Lithium battery is more intelligent


Now the lithium battery has become more and more intelligent, and its function is more and more perfect. The current lithium battery can be adjusted according to the user's demand for the battery and the use time. Many lithium batteries can be equipped with a BMS management system, which can check the battery status on the mobile phone in real time, and can also independently detect the current and voltage of the battery. In case of any abnormal situation, the BMS system can automatically adjust.


The solar power generation system is composed of solar cell group, solar controller and battery (Group). If the output power is AC 220V or 110V, the inverter shall also be configured. The functions of each part are as follows:


(I) solar panel: solar panel is the core part of the solar power generation system, and also the high-value part of the solar power generation system. Its function is to convert the radiation capacity of the sun into electrical energy, or send it to the battery for storage, or to promote the work of the load. The quality and cost of solar panel will directly determine the quality and cost of the whole system.


(2) solar controller: the solar controller is used to control the working state of the whole system and to protect the battery from overcharge and over discharge. In places with large temperature difference, the qualified controller should also have the function of temperature compensation. Other additional functions such as light control switch and time control switch shall be optional for the controller.


(3) storage battery: generally lead-acid battery. In small and micro systems, nickel hydrogen battery, nickel cadmium battery or lithium battery can also be used. Its function is to store the electric energy emitted by solar panels when there is light, and then release it when necessary.


(IV) inverter: in many occasions, it is necessary to provide AC power supply of 220VAC and 110VAC. Because the direct output of solar energy is generally 12VDC, 24VDC, 48VDC. In order to supply power to 220VAC electrical appliances, it is necessary to convert the DC power generated by solar power generation system into AC power, so DC-AC inverter is needed. In some cases, when a variety of voltage loads are needed, a DC-DC inverter is also needed, such as converting 24VDC power to 5VDC power (note that it is not a simple step-down).
