Q2: Will switching to lithium affect the forklift’s stability or counterweight requirements?

A2: Not at all. Since lithium is naturally lighter than lead-acid, we integrate custom heavy-duty cast iron weights into our battery enclosures. This ensures the total battery weight precisely matches the OEM specifications of your forklift model, maintaining its original lifting capacity and center of gravity.


Q3: How does opportunity charging work, and will it damage the battery lifespan?

A3: Opportunity charging allows operators to plug in the battery during short breaks, such as lunch or shift changes. Unlike lead-acid batteries, our Grade-A+ LiFePO4 cells have no memory effect. Quick charging during breaks does not damage the lifespan; instead, it eliminates the need for spare batteries and time-consuming battery swapping.


Q4: Will my forklift dashboard display the correct battery level and throw error codes?

A4: No error codes will occur. Our batteries feature a Smart BMS (Battery Management System) equipped with seamless CAN-bus communication protocols. It communicates directly with your forklift's original controller, ensuring accurate State-of-Charge (SOC) tracking and seamless integration on your original dashboard.
